We submitted our housing loan application with RHB bank as they gave us special rate.

Tenure : 20 years (we might clear up earlier..hopefully)
BLR : BLR just revised last May'10..sigh

Current BLR (June'10) > 6.05%
Interest offered by RHB : 1st year BLR -2.30%
2-5th year BLR -1.80%
Subsequent years BLR -1.90%
House Insurance : MRTA 5%
Estimate monthly installment : RM970
Well, we just noticed there are a lot of other fees need to be incurred in purchasing a house.
We thought only pay 10% down payment but we never know those legal fees, S&P fees, loan arrangement fees, and etc etc could costs us up to RM7k..gosh
At the moment, we are still pending for our housing loan application. Thereby, we haven't known the total costs we need to incur.
But we kinda like this house. hehe..Actually, no showhouse being build up yet :P
The developer said left only 2 lots. Lot 38 and 39. So we quickly reserved lot 39 because 38 some sort like almost facing the T-junction.
So, let's see next week whether our loan application will be approved or not and the total costs is the most important thing :P
