The total cost of the initial stage as follows:

1) Down payment~10% of purchase price : RM 20,898

2) Legal fees(stamp duty of S&P, Loan agreement) : RM 6,463
* Originally RM 9,639 - waived 30% on legal fees due to purchase from developer, waive 50% on stamp duty due to Budget 2009, until end of this year only)

3) MRTA 2 construction years + 20 years coverage : RM 5,312

Total costs in 1 month time = RM 33k
